Medical Records Analysis/Synopsis (available with each of the services listed below)
Medical records are sorted chronologically and a comprehensive summary is prepared of all records in an outlined form, documenting all treatment, medical records and testing.
Medical Necessity Exam
Examination of individuals to determine the appropriateness of past, current and future treatments only.
DWC-22 Service
This Department of Workers’ Compensation form must be approved by the state prior to an IME or RME being conducted. OHS will handle all processes, follow-ups and filings related to this form. Medical records will be copied and organized in chronological order for the physician’s review.
DWC-32 Service
OHS will handle all processes, follow-ups and communications related to this Department of Workers’ Compensation form.
Post-DD RME
The Post-DD exam follows a state-ordered designated doctor exam. OHS handles all processes, follow-ups and filings related to the Post-DD exam form.
