Return-to-Work Evaluations / Fit For Duty
After an examination, a physician will assess when an individual should be able to return to work and will document the individual's functional abilities related to essential job functions.
Post-Offer Functional Capacity Evaluation
Once an offer of employment has been extended, employers may request a post-offer FCE to assess an individual's functional abilities as a baseline measurement.
